Kubomedia processes personal data only to the extent necessary for the operation of the website, the management of requests and the use of Kubomedia photo printing systems.
When a request is submitted via the contact form, the data provided is used exclusively to respond to such a request.
During the use of Kubomedia photo printing systems, the photos are processed exclusively to create and print the selected product. After a successful print, the photos are deleted immediately. Only in the event of a printing error, photos can be retained for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow for possible reprinting. If no reprint is made, the photos are automatically and permanently deleted.
The photos are never visible to operators or staff and remain on the server only for the short technical period indicated above.
By using the photo printing systems, the user confirms that he/she has the right to use the uploaded or taken images and that he/she does not process illegal, offensive or inappropriate content.
